This class mixes Cardio Kick-boxing with Insane Plyometrics and Bootcamp moves. It is an intense, high-energy fat-burning class that uses boxing, martial arts, and dance techniques to help you burn 800 calories or more. Bring a towel to this class!

Sculpt 'n Burn

This weights class is a muscle building and toning class for those interested in gaining lean body mass and losing weight. It's formatted like personal training so prepare to work hard and be sore. Please bring a set of light weights and heavy weights (i.e.5 and 8 lbs).

Zumba®

This is an exhilarating exercise in disguise! Burn up to 1000 calories while having a blast!!.This fun Latin inspired fitness class incorporates high intensity interval training with music and dance movements from all over the world and easy to follow steps that included great body sculpting moves. Takes the original Zumba® dance-fitness to the next level. It takes Zumba® and adds an innovative muscle training protocol with light weight toning sticks or dumbbells to sculpt your entire body! Hot Hula

HOT HULA fitness® is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a "total body workout" in 6o minutes. HOT HULA fitness® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. All ages and fitness levels will enjoy HOT HULA fitness®.

Hot Yoga

Based in Ashtanga, this Power Hot Yoga class will push your body to the limit! Powerful and dynamic poses are accented by classic Hot Yoga poses to help you improve strength, balance and flexibility. Be ready to sweat!

Circuit Shock

This incredible circuit-style class combines plyometrics, kickboxing and weights. Get ready for some heart-pounding speed drills, bag work, agility training and more to bring great variation to your workout! Please bring gloves to hit the bags.
